By visiting our side and or purchasing from us, you are engaging in our “service” and therefore agree to be bound by the terms and conditions to follow. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using or purchasing from our website. By accessing and purchasing from our site you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return only according to our Return Policy. We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the products/services for the purpose of managing our performance. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using our products and services. You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of data.

Electronic Communications, Transactions and Signatures / Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
